* It is
understood that this studio is
the exclusive official
photographer and others taking
photographs will be permitted
only at our direction.
* The studio
reserves the right to use images
for display, publication or other
purposes.
* The images,
prints and any video footage
remain the exclusive property of
this studio.
* In the event of
a postponement or cancellation of
the wedding, the deposits are not
refundable. Please refer to our
Cancellation
Fee Schedule.
* The studio
takes utmost care with respect to
the exposure, development, and
delivery of photographs. However,
in the event the studio fails to
comply with the terms of
the contract, the
studio's liability is limited to
the refund of deposits.
* The studio will
use available lighting during the
video recording of the wedding if
such service is part of this
agreement.
* If the bride
and/or groom normally wear
glasses, please obtain a set of
empty frames. The studio cannot
be responsible for light
reflection on glasses.
* Any and all
agreements become null and void
if required payment or payments
as stated in the agreement should
arrive at the studio later than
TEN days after such payment's
due date.
* Retouching
and/or Imagique is
charged at extra cost unless The
Designer Series has been
purchased. Imagique/FX Images are
not included on either Preview
and/or Printable PhotoCDs
* All our
photography packages come with
our Standard
Preview PhotoCD.
* Printable
PhotoCDs are
optional.
* When
ordering promotional prints, if
anyone removes our promotional
message from the picture(s), the
customer will then be billed the
regular price for said
print(s).
* Spraying costs
are not included unless specified
per service/product.
* No
travel fee on engagement sitting
if you choose our studio or our
outdoor location.
* Any
pictures with creative "FX"
artwork added after the image was
originally captured, are not
included on the PhotoCDs
* There is a $25
fee on any returned checks
* Late payment
fee of $15 is added on each
payment arriving at the studio
later than TEN days after such
payment's due date.
* Pro Anno 14.49
% interest rate calculated per
each calendar day late will be
added to any and all balances due
if required payment or payments
as stated in the agreement should
arrive at the studio later than
TEN days after such payment's
due date.
* Prepayment in
full is required on all
orders.
* All payments
made to this office are
considered an intent to enter
into business and therefore will
not be subject to a
refund.
* A maximum of
365 days calculated from the
actual wedding date is allowed
for the PhotoCD previewing and
final order selection process.
After this time, the studio is no
longer bound by any and all
contracted services. Due to our
studio's move to all digital, the
last day for any FILM order
processing is August 18,
2002.
* All prepaid
pictures must be ordered at the
same time
* Minumum layaway
monthly payment: $25.00
* Maximum layaway
period: 60 months.
* No
interest/fees are charged on any
12-month Payment/Layaway plans if
all payments are received by the
studio upon such payments due
date.
* A 10% interest
Pro Anno will be added to any and
all Payment/Layaway plans
established based on a 13-60
month duration.
* Any
cancellation fees paid on
discontinued photography services
will apply toward future purchase
of similar photography package or
larger package, given such
purchase is made while Njaal
still does wedding photography.
An additional re-booking fee of
$250 will apply each time the
wedding day changes.
* Minimum
re-booking/canellation fee is
$250
* Travel fee and
per diem charges to be added as
applied.
* Any local or
state/country applicable taxes,
customs fees, licenses, and any
other regulated and/or required
operating costs will be charged
to the customer.
* All prices
listed are subject to
change.
* Sales tax not
included on any prices
listed.
