Favorite Norwegian Pancakes...

Start
your day off right :)
First,
get your chicken to lay six large eggs
Crack
eggs into bowl
Mix
well
Sweet
talk your cow into adding 2 and 1/2 cup milk to your bowl
Mix
some more
Then,
hurry to the miller and purchase a sack of self-rising
flour
Toss 1
cup self-rising flour into your mixing bowl
Mix the
batter
Add 1
more cup self-rising flour into your mixing bowl
Mix/Balance the batter with consistency similar to a
creamy soup
Microwave 5-6 pieces of bacon
Blotting of bacon using paper towel
Remove
more bacon grease by using an extra sheet of paper towel on
top
Break
the bacon strips into little pieces
Now you
are ready to go :)
Hurry,
run down to Aldi and get some Canola
non-sticking spray
Spray a
thin layer into the pan
Be
careful, not to over-do the spraying
Put
about 1 cup of batter into the pan - the more batter, the thicker
pancake
Add a
few bacon bits
Cook on
medium heat until it starts with small bubbling and the edges are
stiffening
(Tips:
lift the pan off the burner for a second and even the batter by
tilting slightly)
If the
pancakes start getting dry on the top - Hurry, hurry, hurry! It's
time to...
Flip
pancake over one time only
Quickly, send the butler down to WalMart to get your favorite pie
filling
And,
whipped topping
Did he
remember to stop by Aldi and get pancake
syrup?
Honey,
do we have any powdered sugar?
You may
want to microwave the pie filling first
Start
with pie filling (or use fresh/canned/frozen fruit)
Yummy
syrup
Add
whipped topping
Fold
together
Extra
touch of syrup, if needed
Sprinkle with powdered sugar...
...and
the party is on :)
