Your Monday Dinner...
Call your local farmer and ask him about 2-3 potatoes & 12 baby carrots
Turn Potatoes/Carrots on High 60 minutes prior to dinner time
Hurry, run down to
Aldi
and get some Whiting Fillets
Put two or three pieces of fish into a large zip lock bag
Press the air out of the zip bag and seal it good
Fill your sink with hot water and place your fishbag under a heavy plate
Let the fish defrost for about 30 minutes
When boiling, turn potatoes/carrots to medium and put lid on
Then, hurry to the miller and purchase a sack of flour
Toss 1 cup flour into your mixing bowl
Quickly, send someone to
Sam's Club
to get 2-3 tablespoons of Lime Pepper to toss in
Add 1 zested lemon peel to the mix
Add...
1/3 Teaspoon Paprika
1/4 Teaspoon Curry
1/3 Teaspoon Onion Powder
Hurry, send the butler to
WalMart
to get 1/3 cup Plain Bread Crumbs & add to mix
Mix well
Pour the mix into a large zip lock bag
Cut the fish into three pieces
Put the cut pieces of fish into the flour mix bag
Zip lock the bag
Shake the bag
Put the fish on a plate
Put the leftover flour mix bag in the fridge for next Monday :)
Cut up 1/2 or 1 onion as you prefer
Honey, would you please run down to
Aldi
and get some butter?
Turn the fish frying burner on high
Heat up 1 butter stick on your favorite iron skillet
Toss the onion in the iron skillet
As soon as all the butter has melted, turn the burner down to low/medium
Turn onion over a few times and when onion is brown, remove from skillet
Now, toss the fish in the iron skillet and turn every five minutes
Cook fish for about 20-30 minutes to get it crisp and good :)
Serve dinner with butter, sour cream and cheese as you please...
...and your Monday dinner is served :)
